FAIR MARKET EVALUATION

Once we receive all of the necessary information about the work from the seller, we will do a full fair market value evaluation of the work based on all of the factors and the current market for the artist. Once the seller agrees on an asking price for the work, a contract is sent and signed and the Art Cellar Exchange will begin marketing the artwork. Our commission for successful sales is 20% of the final price.
